I got inspired to teach Tension Release Exercises after experiencing intense tension and anxiety. I found relief & healing after practicing these exercises that have helped me regulate my nervous system. I became passionate about learning about how to heal the body through somatic movement and foods. I am here to help you with anxiety, stress, tension, physical stress, emotional stress, or trauma.
